MODULE 3 Managing Sales Floor and Customer Interactions	• Know what are the compliance regulations for the Sales Floor • Feel confident creating a smooth Customer Experience • Be able to manage Customer Payments


MODULE 4: Ensuring Security & Preparing for Inspections	• Be aware of all the Security Measures and Requirements in a dispensary • Feel comfortable preparing for and leading an Inspection
